Shipping Policy
All items are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party partner, Gelato. Because of this, processing times may vary, but most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs fees for international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.
We want you to love what you ordered, and we will always do our best to fix any legitimate issues.
